One of the models from our AFN talent promotion program walked the runway for the first time after our intensive training. Afterwards, she expanded her modeling activities and today successfully works as a part-time model alongside her studies.

At AFN, diversity means concrete opportunities, especially for young people from the local POC community, who often have limited access to networks, visibility, and professional structures in the fashion and creative industries.

From models and designers to photographers, make-up artists and dancers, as well as technical and production teams: we understand fashion as a collaborative ecosystem. Our approach promotes young talent at all levels and creates real access to opportunities that would otherwise often be out of reach or difficult to access.
